  • ICF-certified coaches use a solution-focused coaching methodology and partner with clients on their respective topics.

    We take coaching from dusty meeting or boring Zoom rooms into the outdoors. Because science shows nature provides shortcuts to results.

  • Join us in locations like Brussels, Vienna and Amsterdam for our urban outdoor adventures such as night hikes, netwalking and other outdoor adventures. We get organized via Eventbrite.

  • Misogi Coaching focuses on guiding individuals through personal and professional transformation by embracing challenges that push their boundaries.

    This form of coaching encourages us to undertake our own Misogi adventures, tailored to our goals, fostering resilience, clarity, and personal growth.

    By incorporating Misogi principles, we help clients identify and overcome internal obstacles, enhancing our mindset and approach to life's challenges.

    The process involves setting ambitious but achievable goals, creating actionable plans, and providing the motivation and accountability needed to achieve them, all while emphasizing the importance of stepping outside comfort zones.
